The visitor survey carried out at the 2011 Festival clearly showed that food is one of the main interests for all our visitors. The Food Fayre was hugely popular and the cookery demonstration was packed out over both days.
In 2012, working with our main sponsors Downies of Whitehills, we will again have a great presentation of all that's best in the region's food and drink. Whether it’s meat or fish, bakery products, cheese or sweets or whisky, there is certain to be something to tempt your palate.
Catering around the town will again be of the highest standard and we’re planning to introduce vegetarian options – a point also made in the visitor survey.
