Sailing events will be run under the I.R.P.C.S. Rules. (International Regulations for the Prevention of Collision at Sea.)

All activity on the water is subject to wind and weather conditions on the day and, therefore, the proposed program is subject to change. Skippers are responsible for deciding whether the weather conditions are appropriate for their craft.
